We finally got a bit of overcast and rain in Los Angeles, which means I’ll be getting the most out of my favorite cozy pieces. This quick outfit post is an example of how I’m transitioning my winter colors into the next season.

The rich honey mustard hoodie is a steal from Target – insanely soft. I got a size large for a really slouchy look. It goes so well with the colors in this plaid coat from Soto, which is unfortunately now sold out; here’s a similar one from Misguided. Plaid coats were huge for fall/winter 2020, and they are sticking around for late winter, especially in pretty pastels. Again, I went oversized. I’m loving a hoodie and coat combo lately. I scored these Moussy jeans on an insane sale and they are my new favorite jeans. They’re expensive at regular price though, so here’s another option from Zara that I love. Perfectly high waisted and straight fit, they are a great relaxed jean that’s still really flattering. White Dr. Martens and accessories tie the look together. I usually opt for my hair up with a hoodie, so I stuffed my hair into a massive clip, added a textured silver bamboo hoop, and a faux sherpa fanny pack. Fanny packs were trendy, but they quickly became a staple for me, since I love being hands free. I kept makeup simple as usual, and voila: an easy, cozy late winter look.

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you found some inspiration for your next rainy day look!

See you soon,

Jess
